Kevin McCabe


Scholar at the Mercatus Center, a professor of economics and law at George Mason University, and is affiliated with the Interdisciplinary Center for Economic Science (ICES) at George Mason University. His research interests are neuroeconomics, experimental economics, economic systems design, and social change. Professor McCabe serves on the board of directors and as a distinguished research scholar for the International Foundation for Research in Experimental Economics (IFREE). Professor McCabe earned his PhD from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985. His findings suggest that encouraging pre-trial settlements could effectively increase welfare among both plaintiffs.
